In
Order to secure your pitch during high season, we offer the opportunity
to reserve. The conditions of reservations are as follows:
A reservation will only be valid after we have received a completed
reservation-form accompanied by the required deposit. The rest of
your rental costs has to be paid at your arrival.
Please notify us immediately of any change to the reservation.
Please notify us if your arrival is delayed for any reason. In case
of notified delay, your reservation will be held for 48 hours.
If your delay is not notified, we retain the right to let your reserved
pitch 24 hrs after the due time of arrival
Your pitch will be available from 12.00 noon on the day of your arrival
until 12.00 noon on the day of your departure..
In case of early departure for whatever reason, the full rental coast
will still be payable. No deduction will be made.
MOBIL HOMES
The M.H. and caravans are rented on a weekly basis from Saturday
to Saturday and will be available for you on your day of arrival
from 3.00 pm.
A deposit of one third of the full rental cost plus 15 Euros booking
fee should be sent to secure your reservation. The balance of the
rental cost must be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival.
In case of late arrival or early departure no refund will be made.
Upon arrival you will be asked for a damage/cleaning deposit of
150 Euros. This will be returned to you in full upon your departure
if the M.H./caravan is left clean and in good order.(cleaning costs:
45 Euros)
N.B. No pets allowed in mobil homes.
CANCELLATION
In the event that you have to cancel your reservation, your deposit
will be returned in full, less the € 15.- booking fee, if you
notify us at least 30 days in advanced of your planned arrival date.
If you cancel within 30 days of your planned arrival your deposit
will not be refunded.
PAYMENT
To make a reservation, please complete, date and sign the reservation
form and send it with your credit card details to "Camping
Les deux vallées". You can also provide us with your
credit card details by phone, post or e-mail.
(Pitch reservation: 100 Euros) This sum will be deducted from your
bill with the exception of the 15 Euros booking fee.
We will confirm your reservation upon receipt of your form and deposit.
N.B. tax
is not included.
